About Us

Packaging has grown into a whole industry due to business demands. However, the level of competition makes it pretty difficult for the ones who do not plan proper packaging. This blog site aims at providing necessary information through blog posts and articles.

Most products can be placed into a medium size box, maybe put some packing peanuts inside, tape up the corners really well, a label slapped on, and the box can be on its way! This is ideal and the easiest type of packaging. It is also the most common type of packaging. Sometimes, though, more precious cargo will be packed inside shipping boxes. This is when the company has to determine what type of shipping boxes are best for that specific product. Here are some options for me specific products that need special packaging.

Foam lined mailers
If you find your company is constantly using bubble wrap or massive amounts of packing peanuts to keep products safe, then you should consider foam lined mailers. These boxes already have foam lined inside the boxes so the product will always be protected. Foam lined mailers also come in a few different sizes so you can ship something small like a delicate piece of dishware or something big like a vase for flowers. The foam will contour to the product during shipping to ensure extra protection during the trip. Check these out for your special deliveries.

Insulated shipping containers
Some products have to stay chilled during shipping. These boxes are used by companies that ship food products that need to stay cold during the shipping process, and while the box is sitting on the porch waiting for the customer to get off work. These could be products like fresh produce, dairy products, or any sort of fish or meat. These boxes also come with insulated box liners that the products can be placed in to ensure that product does not thaw during shipping. There are also cold backs as an added bonus to really keep everything fresh and cold.

Weather resistant boxes
We all know cardboard is made out of paper. And what does paper do when it gets wet? While cardboard is a bit more resistant to humidity and precipitation, it can still start to deteriorate if placed in these conditions for an extended period of time. Weather resistant boxes are great for delivering products to places with high humidity. The box is made with water-resistant adhesive to keep the box from breaking down when it comes in contact with precipitation.

Products that cannot get wet, like electronics, should be placed into weather resistant boxes. If the electronics are exposed to water, they will not work when the customer receives their package. Better to ship these types of products in boxes that will hold up over time.
